Please have a look at the Sound Blaster Z, it has been over two years since there has been any driver updates, some of us have had issues with it, others lucky enough to not have any issues with the latest Windows Update. But I'm sure thousands of owners would love to see an updated driver for our soundcard, we'd happily test beta drivers too if they're available.
Alongside a driver update (our most important request), we're hoping for a re-design of the SB Control Panel, similar to that of the Creative Sound BlasterX AE-5. Maybe an update for Scout Mode too for us.

Aug 18, 2015 I am currently using MSI GT70 2OC 65US (2013 Edition) laptop running Windows 8.1 with Sound Blaster Cinema, but I found in MSI forums that Sound Blaster Cinema doesn't work with Windows 10 & we need to update the BIOS, but once you upgrade BIOS, you will be stuck with nahimic sound drivers even in Windows 8.1 which is mainly for 2015 editions of MSI laptops. Solution 2 – Simply Unplug/Plug back thePower cord

Solution 3 – Changing the PCI-E slot
The audio adapter rests in one of 2 or 3 PCI-E slots. You need to open the PC case in this method, so check if the system is in warranty and then proceed. If yes, then don’t open otherwise the warranty would end.
Open the case, take out the audio adapter and insert it into the other PCI-E slot. Fix the case back and restart your PC. Many users reported that the Sound Blaster Control Panel does not detect any device and the same thing goes on Windows 10 which can’t detect any device in its Device Manager section.
This will fix the issue for sure.
